Dumaguete City went ahead with the other major cities in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This tiny city on the coast of Central Visayas already had the Kawasaki Ninja 250 last December 2009 – way way ahead of Cebu, Davao, Baguio, Iloilo, and Cagayan de Oro City. The price is the same at 240,000 pesos (cash basis only).
If you are in a hurry and don’t want to wait in line, you can also buy here the Kawasaki Ninja 650 (formerly marketed here in the Philippines as the Kawasaki er6f). However, it cost approximately 360,000 pesos (higher than the Manila price of 320,000 pesos). Currently, all Kawasaki Ninja 650 units are reserved until September 2010. So if you order this month, chances are, you will get your unit in December 2010.
